Caroline specializes in strategic and financial communications, with experience advising clients on areas spanning corporate positioning, executive thought leadership, and stakeholder relations.

Prior to 193, Caroline spent nearly two years at FGS Global where she was a member of both the Transactions & Financial Communications and Crisis & Litigation practice groups. In her role, she supported leading private equity firms and publicly traded companies on communications surrounding M&A transactions, crisis preparedness and response, milestone announcements, and CEO transitions. She began her career at Teneo, a CEO advisory firm, where she consulted on strategic positioning programs for global clients.

Caroline graduated from the College of Liberal Arts at The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a BA in International Relations and Global Studies.
