Katherine has nearly a decade of experience in corporate and financial communications, with a specialty in helping clients prepare for major corporate milestones through strategic engagement with media and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining 193, Katherine spent two years at Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher, a leading financial public relations and investor relations firm based in New York City. In her role, Katherine provided strategic communications counsel to companies involved in transactions and special situations, including shareholder activism defense, proxy contests, unsolicited takeovers, and crisis management. She previously worked on the Surrogate Communications Team for Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 Presidential Campaign and at Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm. She began her career at M Public Affairs before it was rebranded as Kivvit.

Katherine graduated from The School of Media and Public Affairs (SMPA) at The George Washington University where she earned a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication.
