James specializes in strategic and financial communications, with experience advising clients on investor relations, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and issues and crisis management.

Before joining 193, James spent nearly two years at FTI Consulting as a member of the Financial Communications team within the broader Strategic Communications segment. In this role, he supported clients across various industries, including technology, financial and professional services, consumer and retail, entertainment and hospitality, and industrials. James began his career at Third Bridge Group Limited, a global investment research firm, where he assisted management consulting firms in gathering market insights to inform commercial due diligence.

James holds an MSc in Comparative Politics with a specialism in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Monmouth University.
