Isobel Brown

Isobel specializes in advising consumer, luxury, retail, and food & beverage clients on critical issues impacting their reputation and operations, including macroeconomic and political developments, supply chain challenges, and crisis situations.

Prior to joining 193, Isobel spent over six years in Brunswick Group’s Shanghai office, where she advised clients on major corporate and financial milestones, including Budweiser APAC’s Hong Kong IPO, the launch of French department store Galeries Lafayette’s first flagship store in China, and engaging Asia-based media around Zegna Group’s NYSE listing.

She received her MS in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and her BA in East Asian Studies and Public Relations from the University of Southern California. She is currently pursuing a part-time degree in Social Innovation at the University of Cambridge, where she advises ThinkLab Cambridge, a research unit within the university, on how to scale its research and impact. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
