Cole Randle

Cole has particular expertise helping clients position brands and executives, execute complex financial transactions, achieve fair valuations, engage shareholders, and manage reputational risk.
Prior to joining 193, Cole worked at Finsbury, a leading global financial communications firm and practiced corporate and securities law at the New York office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he specialized in cross-border M&A. Cole began his professional life as a communications aide to President Barack Obama at the White House, where he served as Associate Director of the Office of Advance. As a member of the President’s global engagement team, he traveled with Obama to 40 U.S. states and 20 countries to execute the administration’s domestic and international communications strategies.
Cole holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and JD from Duke University School of Law.
