Charlotte specialises in reputation risk analysis, research, policy development and strategic media engagement.

Prior to joining 193, she was a Senior Associate within PwC UK’s Risk Department, where she worked with clients across the TMT and public sectors. She has also completed internships and contract assignments with FTI’s Global Risk and Investigations Practice, as well as with the P.R.I.M.E Finance Foundation in the Netherlands and The Hospitality and Information Service (THIS) for Diplomats in Washington, D.C.

She holds an MSc in European Conflict and Culture from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA (triple honours) in International Relations, French and Russian from The University of St Andrews.

She is fluent in French and conversationally fluent in Russian.
