Charlie specializes in international stakeholder engagement, supporting clients as they prepare for and successfully navigate transformational events, litigation, M&A and capital markets activity. He has advised on situations spanning the world, from the UK and Europe, Africa and the Middle East, North and South America, and across Asia, including Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, and Australia. Charlie has diverse sector expertise, including private capital, consumer and retail, TMT, gaming and leisure, infrastructure, and real estate.

Previously, Charlie established and led the EMEA private capital offering at Smithfield Consultants. In that role he supported investment funds, and their assets, working with their senior management, advisory boards, investment and operations partners, investor relations and communication teams. Prior to that he was at Bell Pottinger in London for nine years.
